As part of the KNOW4FARM project, the Interactive Webinar Sessions were held virtually between July 1, 2024, and September 30, 2024, involving 45 participants from Türkiye, Belgium and Greece. Organized by Smart Agro Hub, SDSN and IGEA in collaboration with stakeholder organizations, the webinars aimed to enhance the digital competencies of VET trainers in precision agriculture.
The sessions covered key topics such as digital technologies in agriculture, precision farming methods, livestock management and EU rural development initiatives, with expert trainers leading discussions. Each participant completed a knowledge assessment and feedback survey after each session.
As a result of these three webinars, participants gained improved theoretical knowledge and practical insights into precision agriculture, while partnerships between stakeholders and municipalities were strengthened. The activity reached 45 professionals and supported the dissemination of climate-friendly agricultural practices at local and international levels.
